பொன்னாங்கண்ணி தாவரத்தில் இருந்து பெறப்பட்ட பொன்னாங்கண்ணி எண்ணெய் (Alternanthera sessilis) பாரம்பரிய மருத்துவத்தில் முடி வளர்ச்சியை ஊக்குவிப்பதிலும், முடி உதிர்வதைத் தடுப்பதிலும், சரும ஆரோக்கியத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதிலும் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
Ingredients:
● 2 tablespoons of Ponnanganni oil
● 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel or curd
● 1 tablespoon of honey
Method:
● In a bowl, combine Ponnanganni oil, aloe vera gel or curd, and honey to form a smooth mixture.
● Apply the mask to your scalp and hair.
● Leave the mask on for 30-45 minutes.
● Wash thoroughly with warm water and shampoo your hair.
