Delivery Policy :
When the payment is transferred (credited) to our bank or when we receive confirmation from the bank, we start the work of despatching the goods.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Madurai based customers (within 5 Kms range) will be provided same day delivery, for the orders placed before 3 PM. For any queries, kindly contact the number provided in the Contact page. The orders will be shipped ONLY to the delivery address provided by you, in our database. If you want your products to be shipped another address, then kindly inform us immediately, before delivery!
At Jeyam Herbals, we take all necessary steps to deliver the product safely and securely to your address. Delivery time will vary depending on location of the customers. Only after receiving the payment, we despatch the goods.
