How To Use Jeyam Herbals Aavaram Poo?
Medicinal Use:
Use one tsp. with warm water / Honey twice a day or as directed by the physician.
Aavarampoo Tea:
Take 2 tbsp. of dried aavarampoo with enough palm jaggery and one cardamom and grind well. Take a cup of milk and add this mixture and when it comes to a boil, drain and drink. This tea can be made without milk too.
Avarampoo For Hair Growth:
Grind and mix fresh avarampoo leaves with hibiscus leaves and make a fine paste. Apply this content to your hair and wash as usual. You can add a little bit of avarampoo to any herbal hair oil preparation.
Avarampoo Face Pack For Dry Skin:
Avarampoo face pack is an amazing option for skin treatment. Take one tsp of avarampoo powder in a bowl and add equal quantity of gram flour to it. Now add enough curd to form a paste and use it as a face pack.
Avarampoo Bath Powder:
Take each one cup of Avarampoo flowers, Rose petals, Green gram dal, Orid dal, Kasthuri Manjal and a small bunch of vetiver root and sun dry all separately. Grind all and make a very fine powder. Store in an airtight container and use daily.
Avarampoo Face Scrub (Only for Oily Skin):
Take one tsp of rice flour in a bowl then add 1/2 tsp of avarampoo powder and mix well. Also add enough rice water and mix to form a smooth paste and use it as a face scrub.
