We use different types of salts like powdered and rock salt, in our daily routines but the benefits are the same. We know the proverb “uppila pandam kupaiyile”. It helps to increase the taste of the food. But in our daily salt, iodine is added to avoid thyroid-related problems. But some people would like to use the salt without iodized. Indhuppu is salt without a mix of iodine. It contains many medicinal benefits for health.
