Ingredients:
● 1 teaspoon of Musumusukkai powder
● 1 glass of water
● Honey or jaggery (optional, for taste)
Methods:
● Mix 1 teaspoon of Musumusukkai powder to the water.
● Mix well until the powder is fully dissolved.
● Optionally, add a teaspoon of honey or jaggery to sweeten the drink.
● Drink this mixture 2-3 times a day after meals.
