How To Use Jeyam Herbals Kadukkai Powder?

Kadukkai or Haritaki powder for common cold:
Mix a pinch of Kadukkai powder with honey and give it to babies above 1 year. Mix 2-3 pinches with honey for toddlers and for adults, you can give 1/2 teaspoon of Kadukkai powder with honey.

Kadukkai or Haritaki powder for Constipation:
Mix 1 tsp. of kadukkai powder to a glass of hot drinking water and stir well. Drink this before going to bed. You will get good relief from many stomach problems like constipation, dysentry, diarrhea, indigestion, acidity.

Note: It it advised, not to take kadukkai in larger or excess quantity.

Kadukkai Powder face pack:
Take a bowl and mix 1 tsp of Kadukkai Powder and 1/2 tsp of Besan and 1/2 tsp. of Multhani mitti. Mix well and add 2 tbsp of rose water and make a fine paste. Apply this to your face and leave it for 20 Mins. and wash it off with cold water. Use this pack twice a week for good results.

Kadukkai Powder for Dark circles:
Take a bowl and mix 2-3 tsp of Kadukkai Powder with required amount of warm water or green tea and make a thick paste. Apply this over dark circles and leave it for 20-25 Mins. and wash normally. Use this pack twice a week for good results.
