How To Use Jeyam Herbals Poolankizhangu Powder?

Medicinal Use:
For internal use, take one tsp. of Poolankizhangu powder in warm water daily or as directed by the physician.

Poolankizhangu Powder Face Pack:
Take a bowl and add one tbsp. of gram flour (kadalai maavu) along with one tsp of Poolankizhangu powder to it. Add rice water and make a fine paste. (For dry skin, use milk instead of water.) Leave for two minutes and wash it off with normal water. use regularly.

Poolankizhangu Bath Powder For Babies:
Take minimum quantity of Poolankizhangu powder alone and apply as bath powder to improve skin complexion. This can be used regularly.

Poolankizhangu Tea For Inflammation:

Boil one cup of water and add little amount Poolankizhangu powder, strain and drink. This tea is very very aromatic.
Add honey to taste.
