How to use Jeyam Herbals Athimadhuram Powder
Medicinal Use / Interrnnal Use:
Use one tsp. with warm water / Honey twice a day or as directed by the physician.
How to use Athimadhuram powder for skin:
Mix two tbsp. of Athimathuram powder with one tbsp. of honey in a bowl. Make a fine paste, and then add one tsp. of lemon juice, combine all the ingredients well. If the mixture is too thick, add one tsp. of rose water. Apply evenly on clear face and allow it to dry for 25 minutes, then wash off with cold water. Repeat twice a week for best results.
How to use mulethi powder for the hair:
Take a bowl and add one cup of curd with five spoons of Athimathuram powder along with two spoons of olive oil. Mix these three ingredients well and apply all over your hair and scalp, massage for a few minutes and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.
Benefits of mulethi powder Tea:
Boil water by adding one piece of Athimathuram root and one tea spoon of grated ginger, for about 5 minutes. Add your favourite tea powder and boil in sim for another five minutes. Filter and add honey or jaggery and drink.
